Pussycat Weight Victory!

The kitties have been on a diet for the last year. My fault. I overfed them, gave them too many treats and they ate every bit and begged for more. So they've been on a very strict diet to get those extra pounds off. Calories carefully measured, very limited treats.
It was very hard on all of us at first. Teddy would sit at his food bowl and cry for more food for about an hour to start with. He's stopped doing this though both cats will run to the kitchen anytime I get up.
Ida shouldn't lose any more weight - Teddy could lose another 1/ 2 lb or so but the vet says if I can keep him at his current weight he'll be fine. So I can increase their food a little bit and see over the next three months if we can hold Ida steady and maybe get a bit more off Teddy.
Oh - and during the last year, I also put myself on the same routine. Few treats, normal portions, more exercise. I lost some weight too.
