I finally went and read the companion fics, after what, like a month? (College leaves little time for fandom.) They were just as good as IJ, and I'm glad that I got to read them. I think my favorite was Who Let the Dogs Out. I really do love the Aaron/Ianto relationship and this was a nice extra look into their life. On the other hand, I am a cat person, so Crybabies was cute, too.
When you get around to that PDF, I will definitely be snagging it! (I don't suppose you'd consider adding the schmoop bingo stories to the end of it or something?)
