Torchwood Halloween Amphigory

In honor of Halloween, I was re-reading Edward Gorey's 'Amphigorey' today and decided to write a Torchwood version. (with a few Dr. Who references).

A is for Adam who played with their heads

B is for Boe who is Jack it’s been said

 

C is for Cyberman in basement somehow

D is for Dead which is what she is now

 

E is for eternity how long Jack will be

F is for Frobisher sad government lackey

 

G is for Gwen headstrong and unafraid,

H is for Hub destroyed in only one day

 

I is for Ianto so suave and so sure

J is for Jack needs immortality cure

 

K is for kill which the cannibals tried

L is for Lois on the PM she spied

 

M is for Myfanwy who once ate a horse

N is for Naked! Hide & Seek of course

 

O is for Owen so cutting and cruel

P is for pteranodon special sauce makes her drool

 

Q is for quay where the Hub was disguised

R is for Rhys after death did arise

 

S is for Suzie done in by a glove

T is for Tosh never got Owen’s love

 

U is for universe where aliens abide

V is for Valiant where The Master resides

 

W is for weevil a creature grotesque

X for extraterrestrial through rift it was left

 

Y is for yesterday you can’t change or go back

Z is for zeppelin where Rose first met Jack

Thanks - it was harder than I thought it would be (especially K for some reason). Maybe cause it was late when I started it, but I would have KKKKilled for k word last night, LOL!

Thanks! As I said above, it turned out to be harder than I thought. I imagined it would take me about 30 minutes - but I got stuck on some letters (K,Q,Z and X of course, mostly because I was trying to use names as much as possible. Too bad it wasn't Star Trek. I could have knocked off Q quickly enough).

So there I am flipping through a pocket dictionary at 11:15 PM trying to fill in the last few letters. Sigh, I need a life! Not to mention some more sleep!

Well i thought it was brilliant the way you used X for extra terrestrial.

You think you dont have a life? I am in bed by 8:30pm as we start work at 7am on weekdays and 8am on saturdays so no time for a life unfortunately heh heh. *sigh*
