SUMMARY:   Everyone's exhausted. Aaron arrives home safely but is totally spent. Jack is exhausted from dealing with UNIT.  Alonso is exhausted from dealing with UNIT and Jack.  And Ianto is exhausted from worrying about Aaron. Add to this a disastrous joint mission between Torchwood and UNIT and you end up with a volatile situation.
